How to track international packages
All standard shipping for international orders are sent using the FEDEX FIMS (Fedex international Mail Service).
This method is slightly different from the classic shipping methods and can only be tracked via a specific site.
All international packages are sent to the international distribution center for scanning then distributed to the destination country. The local postal service will deliver the goods once the package is cleared through the local customs. The total shipping time for standard shipping will take approximately 2~4 weeks.

The tracking number is provided to you by our customer service email: firstname.lastname@example.org once the shipping label is created.
Please note that it will take approximately 3 to 5 business days for the package to arrive at Fedex International Distribution Center. The tracking information will not update until the package is received and scanned.
